- Stakes in regional energy distribution companies (oblenergo).

His main capital was accumulated during his time in power (2006–2007 and 2010–2014) through control over government tenders and schemes in the energy and gas sectors.

Despite the full-scale war, he and people like him continue to maintain influence in Ukrainian politics.
