The Ukrainian government and the Russian oligarchs, there are still unconfiscated commercial companies in Ukraine, directly or indirectly owned by 25 Russian oligarchs, who serve the work of the Russian military-industrial complex.
This is reported by the Trap Aggressor project of the StateWatch analytical center with reference to its own register of assets of Russian oligarchs in Ukraine and a database called “Who worked for the war” of the Russian opposition publication Project.

Business of Mikhail Fridman in Ukraine

Among the largest business owners in Ukraine is the Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. He owns shares in the ownership structure of the Kyivstar mobile operator, Morshynska and Mirgorodska mineral water enterprises, Alfa Insurance, etc. At the same time, numerous journalistic investigations prove that the companies of the Russian Alfa group of Mikhail Fridman financed Russian military factories. They also provided insurance services for the National Guard, involved in the occupation of Ukrainian territories. That is, the money earned in Ukraine Friedman invests in Russian military factories to destroy Ukraine.

Alexey Mordashov and his Ukrainian business

Another Russian oligarch, Alexei Mordashov, continues to own the Tui travel agency and Severstal Distribution in Ukraine. The Russian corporation Severstal of Alexei Mordashov supplied more than ten grades of steel to Russian military-industrial complex plants. Alexey Mordashov’s business is still operating in Ukraine, financial assets have not been confiscated.

Ivan Savvidi

Russian-Greek businessman and owner of the seaport of Thessaloniki in Greece, Ivan Savvidi, owns Pentopak, a plastic products company, and Atlantis-Pak Ukraine, a trading company, in Ukraine, which were previously seized and transferred to the Asset Tracing and Management Agency.

The federation of the Greek-Russian businessman Greeks of Russia, which is financed by Savvidi, handed over off-road vehicles and generators to the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin.


The founder of the company “PETER-SERVICE UKRAINE” is “PETER-SERVICE” (Russia). The beneficiary of the company is Usmanov Alisher.
According to YouControl, the company is included in the sphere of management of the beneficiary. That is, this is Usmanov’s business.


Among other well-known names of Russian oligarchs who strengthen the aggressor, but still have not confiscated business in Ukraine, there are Vagit Alekperov, Alisher Usmanov, Yuriy Kovalchuk, etc.
     In general, according to Trap Aggressor, major Russian businessmen working with Russia currently own at least 88 companies in Ukraine operating in such areas as energy, logistics, industry, and hotel business.
      In May of this year, the Trap Aggressor project, together with the YouControl platform, published a register of companies of 53 Russian oligarchs in Ukraine that have not yet been confiscated by the state.
     According to the database Who worked for the war, the companies of many Russian oligarchs took part in Russian tenders at enterprises of the military-industrial complex or helped the Russian military.
