Investigation Details
During searches at the residence of Khrystenko’s relatives, SBU officers found:
- secret surveillance reports from NABU investigations;
- dozens of candidate questionnaires;
- confidential NABU materials.
Among the seized items were personal files of Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, a senior NABU officer suspected of maintaining contacts with Russian agents and illicit trade with Russia.
Former NABU detective Tymur Arshavin, who left Ukraine in 2024 bypassing official border checkpoints, was also mentioned in the case.
⚖️ Allegations and Connections
Investigators claim Khrystenko was recruited by the FSB during the Yanukovych presidency. He maintained ties with:
- Yuriy Ivanyushchenko, a “DPR” curator;
- Armen Sarkisyan, a collaborator killed in Moscow;
- Mahamedrasulov and Skomarov, NABU officers allegedly involved in helping Hennadiy Boholiubov, a business partner of Ihor Kolomoiskyi, escape abroad.
