Corruption in Ukraine
Corruption Ukraine has long become synonymous. The Ukrainian state is very corrupt. And this is not surprising because Russia allocates a lot of money to bribe Ukrainian officials, judges, prosecutors, deputies. This is an economic war against Ukraine.
Yes, there are individual solitary greedy criminals-thieves. But more often these are organized criminal groups with connections in the police, courts, and parliament. It is difficult to send such corrupt officials to prison. They constantly walk away from responsibility. They are covered from the very top, this is a corrupt mafia. Deputies and ministers control billions of dollars of money from the tax service, customs, medicine, the ministry of education, the ministry of defense.
Ukrainian oligarchs have their own paid deputies in the government, entire political parties. Who vote and write laws not in the interests of the state, but in the interests of the oligarchs. Therefore, huge cash flows (billions) do not flow into the state budget, but into the accounts of the oligarchs and their relatives. This is the destruction of the state and the simultaneous enrichment of individual oligarchs. Many lawyers work for them, their schemes and methods of committing a crime are very complex.
Most of the established anti-corruption services are under the influence and control of corrupt officials or oligarchs. It is indicative, as in the show, searches are carried out, suspicions are handed over, but no one goes to jail. Guilty there is no – the money is stolen! The courts release criminals and they are engaged in regular crimes. Efficiency from anti-corruption services – zero.
